CAROL GREENWAY-HOLLAND

Good morning to all of you, we are back in Aspermont and glad to be home. We enjoyed our visits but this old sandy land sure looked good!!!!! We enjoyed our weeks stay at Port Aransas, visited with all of our friends, enjoyed watching all the ships come into our land, and the dolphins and the wind suffers put on us a show, the dolphins all the time, the wind suffers on the weekend. They still have lots of remodeling to do but they are trying to get it all together once again, the fishing piers still are not finished, and the south jetty is still needing to be repaired, the Turnbull Birding Center has it's walkway finished and people can enjoying watching the birds, and so many professional people are always down there taking pictures. Joe and Lori did not get to go out on the boat to fish because the bay was too rough and it rained two days, so we all rested and visited.

She and I have a lot in common she paints too, only she paints with beads and thread, beautiful pictures, she lives down there all the time and her husband comes down on the weekend. It amazes me how many ships come into that harbor there, I can just imagine what comes in at Galveston, we saw a big ship come in loaded with wind trammel, we said we know where they are going.
