CAROL GREENWAY-HOLLAND

Good morning to all of you, beautiful last few days and looks like it's going to be another beautiful day today, we have been enjoying them. Joe said, "Now Carol I'm not going to have a garden this year.!!!!! Okay what ever you want, well took one day of pretty weather, Carol I think I'm going to get the tiller out and put out me some onions, and I sure do like those fresh squash and cucumbers and tomatoes, well we got the tiller out and started tilling his garden. Lance come and he said, "I sure am glad to see you here's the tiller!!!!!!" Lance finished the job and Joe was really glad, he gave Lance his supper for the night, and sent home with him some cooked pork ribs. Lance said, "Ill come back and help you again for cooked pork ribs!!!!"

Thanks to all of you who have told me how much you enjoy my column, it's a joy to visit with you every Monday morning, but thanks for taking the time and telling the Double Mountain Chronicle how much you are enjoying all of our columns, that helps all of us to keep writing. We appreciate it.

We all went dancing last week, Alice, Middie, and Mattie, said, "We are so glad you all are home, it's so nice for Joe to drive us and we don't have to worry about the traffic, the deer, and the hogs, We enjoyed seeing all of our friends at Snyder Senior Citizen Dance, and the Rose Park at Abilene. No only do we enjoy the dancing but we enjoy the fellowship.
