Rotan ISD takes steps toward bond election

Rotan ISD has been inching toward the possibility of a bond election for months, and with the culmination of a management team and a bond committee, the administration is taking the next steps toward deciding where to focus future facility priorities.

In a special-called meeting last week, the trustees heard presentations from Mike Holmberg and Weston Emmert, partners with WRA Architects as well as Business Development Directors Robb Sidebottom and Steve Risser with Gallagher Construction.
