Fresh material was hauled in to upgrade the Hornet Baseball field, with new bases and a fresh mixture of silt, sand, and clay on the infield, the diamond is ready for players to take the field.

The AISD Trustees reviewed the plans for the continued revitalization of the school’s old baseball field, approving the roughly $17,000 bid to haul and spread material and install new bases for the infield.
