NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT
Clear Fork, Incorporated PO Box 3095 Abilene, TX 79604 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a disposal permit to dispose of oil and gas waste by injection into a formation not productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject into the Mississippian and Ellenburger formations, DJ 130, well number 1WD. The well Is located 5.3 miles West of Rotan, TX in the Camp Springs, SE. (Strawn) field in Fisher County. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 6,780 to 7,130 feet.
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, As amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
