As part of Gov. Greg Abbott’s plan laid out in July, early voting began on Tuesday with higher a turnout seen in some years. Along with the high stakes associated with the presidential race, with bond proposals from both Roby and Rotan school districts and numerous contested local races, voters in Fisher and Stonewall counties have much to consider when casting their ballots.
